Product & Safety Care is a Roche digital service that allows customers to access quality and safety notifications in one place. The portal offers a panel where all quality and safety notifications are listed for. The client will only see those that are related to your products/services. Within the tool, the client will be able to see the status of their notifications (new, read, pending to be read) and by accessing each one of them, they will be able to review the content and if required, they will be able to provide feedback electronically.

Product & Safety Care is an e-service that allows our customers to access and seamlessly receive all quality and safety notifications from a single digital location and respond through it, which enables them to be more efficient.
