Inventory counts can be carried out at any time, on the entire stock or by location. The handheld scanner transfers stock data via WiFi connection or SIM card. If there is no connection, the data is stored on the scanner to be synchronized later.
To enter received products into the inventory system with navify Inventory, laboratory staff simply scan the delivery note barcode for Roche products and confirm receipt, or scan the products one by one. After that, when personnel need to use products, navify Inventory notifies the user if the scanned lot is not from the one with the nearest expiration date, enabling laboratories to properly rotate their inventory and better manage product expiration dates.
