Get support in three simple steps:

1. Open Roche Direct

After raising a technical case and informing your specialist that you'd like to use Roche Direct, open the application on a mobile device equipped with a camera. You can access Roche Direct via the navify® Portal, visit direct.roche.com, or download the Roche Direct application from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Connect

Select "Get Service" and share the Service Number and the Secure Connection Code displayed with your Roche specialist. They will establish a connection with you.

3. Get support

Once connected, you can show your specialist the issue and receive real-time guidance, complete with pointers and annotations, directly on your screen.
