Still ordering products using pen and paper, email, fax or phone?

Many laboratories still order products using time-consuming and error-prone manual processes. Roche Mobile Ordering digitizes and integrates all these processes, allowing labs to order everything from reagents and calibrators to controls, and consumables without using paper product lists, re-typing orders or sending orders via email or fax.

While the Roche Mobile Ordering mobile application is used for routine ordering, the web-based My Products eService allows for customizing order lists and keeping the product assortment up-to-date.

Roche Mobile Ordering helps customers to spend less time reordering and more time focusing on the patient outcome.

Select the products to be ordered

Order lists (tabs) and product groups (collapsible sections) help to organize the products in the same way as stored in the lab. Go from top to bottom in the list, put the required quantity into the quantity field and the product will be automatically listed in the 'Checkout' section.

Review and submit the order in Checkout

Once finished collecting the order quantities, switch to the 'Checkout' section by using the bottom navigation. Verify the order quantities and make adjustments if necessary before submitting the order to Roche. You will receive a confirmation email and the new order will be visible in the 'History'.

Look for order and delivery

All your orders and deliveries can be tracked in the 'History'. Besides the order status Roche Mobile Ordering also highlights any items that are not yet shipped by Roche to keep an eye on items that might experience delays because of limited availability.

Delivery tracking and intake process

As soon as orders are processed the resulting deliveries can be tracked with all the delivery contents accessible, such as quantities, lot numbers and expiry dates. Upon receipt of the physical delivery, use the Roche Mobile Ordering app to retrieve the corresponding delivery that serves as a checklist. If all items have been delivered correctly, choose “Confirm delivery” to complete the intake process.
