This reduced operational bottlenecks and enabled faster sample routing based on real-time data such as workload, instrument status and priority. The automation of validation rules also helped reduce manual review time, boosting overall lab productivity and consistent quality.

navify Analytics for Core Lab replaced manual data extraction with automated performance tracking. This enabled SLBO to gain real-time visibility into key metrics like turnaround times, test volumes and process outliers. Staff could identify and act on insights quicker, enhancing overall lab efficiency and supporting compliance with ISO 15189:2022 for software validation.

With navify Monitoring, SLBO’s lab team tracked operational KPIs and workflow disruptions in real time. Early detection of issues like instrument downtime or LIS interruptions helped prevent delays.
