Get support in three simple steps:

1.Open the app

After reporting your lab issue to Roche, our specialist can help solve your issue with Roche Direct. Open the Roche Direct app on your phone and select Get Service.

2. Connect

Share the service number and connection code with your Roche specialist and they will establish a connection.

3. Get support

Once the connection is established, you will be able to share with your specialist the issue in the lab and receive live guidance with pointers and annotations directly on your screen.
